MLP Base - This literally took months to base

Rules:
- Credit both me AND for the base. You can do this by copying and pasting :icon*tech-kitten: , but without the * inbetween. Swap tech-kitten with inkrose98 to credit them.
- "Credit to the base" or "Base by tech-kitten" is not proper credit. "Base by " is.
- Please put some effort into your work. I know it's just a base, but that's no excuse not to try your best!
- Please don't use for commissions.
- You may edit the base however you wish, just don't repost a blank base.
- Don't ask if you can use it. Anyone can use it, as long as they aren't on my ban list.
- You can link back to your edit if you want to. If you've credited properly, I should see it via mentions, though.
